Visitor FAQ

Know Before You Go

Clear answers about tickets, arrival, accessibility, venue policies, and booking.

Tickets & Entry

Tickets without the guesswork.

Where should I buy tickets?

Use the ticket link on the official Pearl event listing. It will send you to the authorized ticket provider for that show.

Can I bring a printed ticket?

A mobile ticket is easiest. A ticket you printed yourself can also be scanned, but The Pearl does not print or issue hard-copy tickets at the door.

I cannot find my confirmation. What should I do?

Check the email address and account used at checkout, including spam or promotions folders. If it is still missing, contact the ticket provider and include the event name and order details.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Refund, transfer, and exchange rules are set by the ticket provider and event organizer. Review the purchase terms first; The Pearl may not be able to modify a third-party order.

What if a show is cancelled or rescheduled?

The ticket provider or organizer will send instructions to the purchaser’s email. Keep your order confirmation until the event is complete.

Are tickets sold at the door?

Yes, when capacity is available. Even if Eventbrite shows Sold Out, a limited number of tickets may still be released at the door because some events reserve door capacity and some ticket holders do not attend. Availability is never guaranteed—check with box-office staff when doors open. The Pearl does not operate a daily box office, and tickets cannot be purchased by phone. Tickets are available only through the official online listing or at the door when offered.

Timing, Seating & Access

Every show is a little different.

When do doors open?

Doors and show time are listed separately on the event page whenever available. Arriving near the published door time gives you time to scan your ticket and get settled.

Is every event all ages?

No. Any age requirement is event-specific and should appear on the event page or ticket listing. Confirm it before purchasing.

Is the room seated or standing?

The layout varies by event. Some shows are fully seated, some are standing-room, and others use a mixed plan.

How do I request accessibility assistance?

Contact the venue before the event with the event name, date, and the assistance you need. Because layouts change, advance notice helps the team explain the best entry and seating options.

Where should I park?

Parking is typically available along Main Street and in the city-owned lot immediately east of El Potrero Market. Availability can vary with Main Street activity, so allow extra time, arrive early, observe posted signs, and follow any event-specific instructions. Patrons have consistently been able to find parking.

Venue Policies

Check the event first.

Can I bring a bag, camera, or recording equipment?

Policies can vary by artist and production. Review the event listing and follow staff direction at entry. Professional cameras, detachable lenses, and video or audio recording equipment require advance approval unless the event listing specifically says otherwise.

How do media members request access?

The Pearl generally welcomes members of the local media who coordinate in advance with Taylor, our on-site manager. Approval is specific to the artist and event. Approved media personnel must agree in writing to grant The Pearl full, ongoing rights to use resulting photos, videos, and images. Include the event name, media outlet, equipment, and portfolio links with your request.

Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry is event-specific. Ask venue staff before leaving the building.

Are food and drinks available?

Food and drinks are available at most shows. The Pearl typically sells popcorn, candy, and soda. Most events also offer beer and/or hard seltzer to guests age 21 and older with valid photo identification. Selection varies by event.

What should I do about lost property?

Taylor manages lost and found. Email the event name and date, a detailed description of the item, and your preferred contact information. Do not include passwords or other sensitive personal information.
