About The Pearl

Owner-Operated. Deliberately Personal.

A historic independent venue run by the people who care for the building and work the shows.

Why The Pearl Exists

To keep a historic room alive with new experiences.

The Pearl on Main is an independent live-event venue in Old Town Midvale. It gives artists, producers, organizations, families, and audiences a place to gather around music, performance, film, ideas, and celebration.

The building’s history matters, but its future depends on use. Every load-in, opening night, encore, screening, reception, and community gathering adds another layer to a story that began more than a century ago.

Ownership & Leadership

The people behind the room.

The Pearl is intentionally owner-operated. John and Peyton remain hands-on in the building, and Taylor leads the technical work that turns plans into show nights. Guests and event partners should always feel that a real person is paying attention.
